Steve Williams is an internationally known speaker, advanced safety system innovator, and President of Accelerated Development Systems, Inc. (ADSI).
ADSI is a Houston-based training and development firm specializing in helping companies worldwide achieve their safety and quality performance objectives by reducing unplanned events.
Many clients using the Max Proactive® technology have achieved "Top Quartile" performance and some have achieved "Best in Class" status.
Mr. Williams’ clients include Ameren Energy, Chevron Phillips, Citgo Refining, DuPont, Entergy Nuclear, ExxonMobil, General Electric, Goodyear, Monsanto, NASA, Searle Pharmaceuticals, Shell, and Texaco, (See more on the Home Page).
Mr. Williams is recognized as the world’s foremost authority on fatality and catastrophic event prevention and one of the few, if not the only person, who can site a case study where there can be no doubt that the methods used actually prevented fatalities.
Mr. Williams holds a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from the University of Houston Clear Lake and a rather uncommon education from the school of life.
He has, in all probability, done more hands on, in the field, start to finish, human elements process implementations than anyone else.
He has been flying since the age of fifteen and, for the last nineteen years, has been the pilot of the ADSI corporate plane.
In 1988, he successfully made an emergency landing with four people on board at Austin Executive Airpark after an inflight engine failure. (Sullenberger isn’t the only one that’s happened to).
He has been a professional member of the American Society of Safety Engineers since 1994.
